2. Ticket Purchase and Eligibility for Refunds/Returns

2.1. Tickets purchased from VN Vibes are eligible for refunds/returns under certain circumstances.

2.2. To be eligible for a refund/return, the request must be made by the original purchaser or the person whose name appears on the ticket.

3. Eligible Refund/Return Cases

3.1. Event Cancellation: If the event is cancelled by the event organizer, VN Vibes will initiate a full refund of the ticket price, including any applicable service fees.

3.2. Event Date/Time Change: In the event of a significant change in the date or time of the event, and if the ticket holder is unable to attend the rescheduled event, a refund may be requested.

3.3. Event Postponement: If the event is postponed to a later date, ticket holders may request a refund if they are unable to attend the rescheduled event.

3.4. Event Location Change: If the event venue is changed, and the ticket holder is unable to attend the event at the new location, a refund may be requested.

4. Non-Refundable Cases

4.1. Change of Plans: VN Vibes does not provide refunds for tickets if the ticket holder’s plans change or if they are unable to attend the event for personal reasons.

4.2. No-Shows: If the ticket holder fails to attend the event, a refund will not be issued.

5. Refund/Return Process

5.1. To request a refund, the ticket holder must contact VN Vibes Customer Support via email at info@vnvibes.eu or call the Business Phone number provided above.

5.2. The refund request must include the following details:

  • Full Name of the ticket holder
  • Order Number
  • Event Name and Date
  • Reason for the refund request

5.3. VN Vibes will process the refund within 10 business days after verifying the eligibility of the refund request.

6. Refund Method

6.1. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original ticket purchase.

6.2. If the original payment method is no longer valid, the ticket holder must provide an alternative payment method to receive the refund.

7. Ticket Transfers

7.1. Tickets purchased from VN Vibes are transferable to another individual unless specified otherwise by the event organizer.
